Our first settlement in our #Valheim server, before Rivalund and Sky Harbour, was Hearthstone, built on a circle of standing stones. More of a treehouse feel than anything else, it kept us above the greydwaves at the very beginning.

Today in #Valheim we celebrated ten years since the founding of Hearthstone.
We summoned Eikthyr and when he appeared, we summoned him again, and again, and again. Eikthyr was everywhere and at one point I felt a bit like a pin ball being bounced around as I tried to get to the alter and summon Eikthyr again! We summoned around 30 in total and then fought them, collected the trophies, and returned to watch the sun set over Katmandu.

You see, after hauling more ore from the Swamp, we decided to explore around a patch of Plains where we sat up a little farm. Heading south, we skirted a Fuling village, emptied out a tar pit and then ambled on to see...

We're not ready for him yet, but this is certainly incentive to level up fast!

Stabby is still fighting for a small patch of Swamp bordering Black Forest. For some reason, things spawn at a rate of daily in there. He's taken down another set of troll, bear and abomination. Lost his ship.
Scraping his first iron out of a crypt. Found a Bonemass location far away.
Typical Valheim, of course, but frustrating anyway.
