Staff at several #Iran hospitals say they are overwhelmed w dead or injured patients

"Very horrible scenes", w so many wounded that staff do not have time to perform CPR

"Direct shots to heads of the young people, to their hearts as well. Many of them didn't even make it to the hospital.

Number was so large that there wasn't enough space in morgue; the bodies were placed on top of one another.

After morgue became full, they stacked them on top of one another in prayer room"

Iran has seen an uptick of terrorist activity from groups taking advantage of the chaos to carry out assassinations of local police and others. Others are calling for rebellion, protestors remain largely unarmed, rioters have burnt several government buildings. #IranProtests
