The @EUCommission has launched a public tender for the "Design, Development and Deployment of Public-Facing Multilingual #Chatbots to Support the Implementation of the #DigitalServicesAct ( #DSA) and the #ArtificialIntelligence Act ( #AIAct)" and I have so many questions.
"These #chatbots will provide context-sensitive, public-facing guidance tailored to a wide range of stakeholders, helping users navigate legal obligations, definitions, and procedures under the respective regulations."
I mean sure, but will the output be legally binding? And if not: won't it be a lot safer for stakeholders to check the EC's FAQ or simply the law itself?
I'm truly intrigued.
