*sigh* A bulleted list is NOT a "plain text email". Bulleted lists require HTML code, which by definition is not "plain text".
By "plain text" we mean readable by a human being with zero understanding of any sort of code, when opened with a plain text editor such as Notepad.
That's how they're reacting to our continued longing to return to a time where Plain Text is the default email format: they're just redefining the term "Plain Text"! 😒
