Cincinnati cops are upset on unconfirmed rumors that the city could voluntarily payout a large settlement over the indefensible murder of black teen Ryan Hinton.

The cops(again without evidence) claim that IF the city were to payout a settlement to Ryan's family the money could benefit Rodney Hinton's defense in his alleged retalitory killing of a local cop in the moments after learning of his son's murder.

Now again, I have to stress the fact that the Black teen in Ohio was gunned down by police. Video evidence proved he was fleeing and its not clear if he ever made any threatening motions towards cops at call.

A gun was recoved, but its was never fired nor pointed at officers.

However ALSO in Ohio this week a young white man actually tried repeatedly to shoot a cop at close range with a gun ON CAMERA.

He was arrested alive without any serious injuries.

How strange...
