#NHS #admin is awful. 2 weeks ago I arranged a video call appt with #Moorfields (Bedford) for next week. This week I got a reminder txt about my appt *at the hosp* not video, I wasted ages checking but it seems they use the same txt for both. Today I got a link to the video call portal. It only works on Chrome or Safari. Not Firefox. 🤷‍♂️
