To be honest I have bought way too many plugins through the years, and I rarely bought just one plugin at the time, but always some kind of bundle on sale.
I turns out, that this is actually an advantage when you move to Linux, since Yabridge/Wine have a tendency to make some - but not all - plugins working. Because of my collection, if one comp./verb/channelstrip isn't working, I move on to the next, and in the end I have what I need.
@mosgaard For a while I had a serious Waves plugin addiction. Fortunately they went subscription and p1ssed everyone, including me, off. So I kicked the addiction.
These days I use the builtin effects in Reaper plus a few free extras. Those being SPAN, a VU meter and the headphone correction plugin from #beyerdynamics.
Instead I use the money on my microphone addiction :)
