The govt's tolerance for looking silly seems to have no limits, but at this point it's surely in the national interest to reveal the hidden evidence that justified the proscription of PA.

Wording is precise; it's going to be impossible to credibly call it support for a proscribed organisation as such.
One could simply be supporting the prisoners' right to a timely fair trial, which isn't illegal. It can't in general be illegal to support them in their interactions with the courts, or it'd be illegal for them to have a lawyer too.
I mean, they could be arresting her because they don't know what else to do, but the Met can't intimidate her if the IDF couldn't.
