Good morning and TZAG, friends.
I had a good start #today despite the gray weather. My qìgōng and tàijíquán always benefit when I spend some times refreshing on basics. I've also been practicing some newer to me techniques from Chán and Tibetan Buddhism during my sits with good effects.
I've been taking a break from exercise, mostly because of the weather being too cold for running lately. I may do some indoor exercise later this morning before getting on with the rest of my day.
