@slothrop Okay so turns out I was slightly exaggerating, although the Church did condemn a bunch of things that happened during that time, as apparently, drinking, dancing, and of course, having sex during Christmas were seen as sins, so maybe not organized Orgie parties, but still though, definitely big enough that the Church certainly didn't like it a whole lot, but hey, that all sounds like a bunch of fun and I think we should bring that all back for sure.
