It's been a long time since I've been in a mall and I was surprised there's a record store there again and it's full of young ppl buying vinyl and cds 😱

@alipunk Oh yeah. It's retro... or something. My daughter has all my records and the only working turntable in the family.

@alipunk Local small record shop here is always full of teens and young folk. It’s both heart-warming to see and annoying at the same time. πŸ˜†

@alipunk it's a thing! Both my kids (18-21) have record players and small but growing vinyl collections!

@chris @alipunk My nephew about 24 years old, loves #vinyl too, his collection is growing as well. A friend, mid 40s has always had a vinyl collection that he regularly listens and adds to. Not sure if he is ahead or behind the times.

I like the idea, but sure like my #flac for convenience.

@alipunk I was in Fopp the other day and it used to be rare that anyone was younger than me - which isn’t hard - and it was full of young people buying records!
