@enog you can鈥檛 eat them (they are turkey tail btw) but I add them to soups or stews, like bay leaves, to extract the benefits. It鈥檚 known to be good for cancer recovery, boost immunity. It鈥檚 approved in Japan as part of cancer treatment. High in antioxidants.

That same log will keep producing them in right conditions, so remember where you find them. the ones you found are perfect: fresh with white undersides. Soak & wash them to get rid of bugs etc. then dry & store to use later.
