The inability to actually *uninstall* apps on "my" device is infuriating, actually. Best I can do is disable a bunch of shit. I gotta make a point of getting back on #GrapheneOS, or even trying out proper Linux mobile phones.

I was actually thinking about EXACTLY THIS earlier today.
It's fucking insane how many pre installed apps are on our phones that you can't uninstall.
As a result, over time, they eat up more and more space. I believe that's why they're there.
THAT'S what gets people to buy new phones. It's not that their current phones don't work anymore after 3 or 4 years.
It's that eventually you run out of space bc the app size keeps increasing.
