FWIW the actual maths of a billion and trillion in all other EU languages 鈥晅hough am assuming it鈥檚 the same in Arabic, since we got maths from them:
billion = one million millions
trillion = one million billions
because USA English lies about the actual worth of billionaires, there will never be a trillionaire, ever.
@blogdiva I'm a fan of descriptive language definitions, and I think it's too late to pull that rabbit back now.
It might be easier to get people to adopt "1E9" lingo than "milliard".
