Dissecting the NAS, I heard the clicking noise coming from the left side enclosure, but because all drives are stacked, I couldn’t pin point which one it actually is (I have poor serial number documentation)
Now, I just hope, hope it is one of the 2 4Tb failing
So it's the most left one, 4Tb, that clicks
From what I can hear, it spins up, a click comes up and the drive stops, rinse and repeat
Buuut the array seems online and rocking ? I guess I'll keep it running and still order an extra drive in case this one breaks down
Another weird thing tho', the other array got degraded, because one drive's partition table got corrupted ?
I am not a fan of playing around with `zpool` directly, but the OMV plugin lacks the UI for such operation...
After hitting a good `zpool replace Alpha <id> <id>` to replace the drive with itself once I made sure it was still healthy, and it seems to be resilvering correctly !

Fudge, just noticed, 6 hours to resilver...
And the NAS looks like a spaghetti plate that got splashed on the floor
Oh well, let's hope no-one trips over this
