We hear a lot about the #MediterraneanDiet, especially at this time of year, when so many people are making healthy eating resolutions.
And for good reason: there is loads of evidence that following a Mediterranean diet is good for your health.
But I've been thinking it's odd that we almost never hear about the Japanese diet. Japan has the longest life expectancy of any country in the world. Surely their diet must have something to do with it?
