A standoff between protesters and federal agents at the parking lot entrance of the Bishop Henry Whipple Federal building is underway – with federal agents deploying a gas-like substance, a CNN team on scene experienced. In an attempt to move several protesters across the street of the federal building, agents deployed the substance, which CNN’s Ryan Young was on the receiving end of. As a cloud of smoke filled the air after it was deployed, several protesters could be heard coughing and gasping for breath, according to video from the scene.
