Every time international law is tested by a real human tragedy, the difference is revealed between being a true moral principle and being a selective tool used according to interest. When the suffering of an entire people is left without accountability, the failure is not only legal, but civilizational. Justice that is applied to the weak and suspended before the powerful loses its meaning and turns from a human value into empty rhetoric.

@sarada9669 You are right. We are seeing the destruction of International law and the return to a world where the strongs do what they want. And every Country that doesn't condemn Israel's genocide against Gaza, Russia's invasion of Ukraine, US' raid in Colombia - the three of them - is complicit.
Silence is not neutrality; it is a position. Hesitation is not wisdom; it is an indirect participation in shaping a world where laws become flexible in the face of power and rigid in the face of victims. What is happening today does not concern one place alone—it touches the very idea upon which the global order was built after great wars: that human life is not negotiable.
Once this principle is broken, breaking it becomes easier every time that follows.
