This will define how open source and open digital assets support:

🔹 Competitive, interoperable digital ecosystems
🔹 Sustainable open source communities & businesses

🗓 Open until 3 Feb 2026
👥 Developers, SMEs, public sector, researchers & civil society are invited to contribute.
