He said it after he shot her, after it was clear she would be grievously injured @ best & dead @ worst. It was adding literal insult to injury, an aside meant mostly for himself, to shore him up as the big man who won the fight w/this small girl. It wasn’t enough to just kill her—he had to insult her in a uniquely female way too."
