Witnesses have been taken to the Whipple Federal Building.
This is the 3rd #shooting involving federal agents in Minneapolis this month, after an #ICE agent fatally shot #ReneeGood in early Jan & another #ICE agent shot a Venezuelan migrant in the leg.

In #Minnesota, citizens require have a permit to legally carry a #handgun in public, acc/to the Minnesota Dept of #PublicSafety.
The permit does not require the weapon to be concealed & it also serves as a permit to purchase a #firearm, meaning holders don’t need a separate purchase permit. Once issued, the permit is valid for 5 years & can be renewed.
Interesting how the #SecondAmendment folks suddenly say carrying a gun is grounds for law enforcement to kill the carrier.
This isn't new, even in MN, sadly. Remember Philando Castile was shot by MN Police, and he was also legally carrying a handgun, and all the "Gun Folks" stayed quiet. The double standards and hypocrisy are exhausting and infuriating. 🤬
