@eff combine that with cape.co automatic identifier rotation which rotates your imsi every 24 hours or on demand and your in good shape.

@eff Is it because they're just using info from data brokers instead of stingrays? It seems more efficient and they can do it whenever they want for any time period. This is why all data brokers should be outlawed and sued out of existence.
