The version of wordle at <Jon-e.net/wordle.html> is by the fellow who invented Wordle, Josh Wardle, according to the website <https://www.powerlanguage.co.uk>. Dunno if he negotiated the right to keep using his code (and the name) when he sold it to the NYT. But that’s a likely guess knowing what I know so far. I’ll see if I can find out more. #youngpups #OldGal
