ICE and HSI agents are now just grabbing people’s phones and walking off with them. Seeing as they are armed, that would be armed robbery.
In case any judge and prosecutor anywhere has a pair of ovaries to rub together and is willing to put a stop to all of this. Y’know, like they would if anyone else did it.

If I recall properly, armed robbery is a state crime. A conviction would be unreachable by a presidential pardon.

The police won't even stand up to the literal death squads to investigate an execution that was filmed live from multiple angles. The goons say "no" and state LEOs just shrug and walk away.
Document it. File charges, even. But do not expect anything to be done until after the regime falls.

Here in Minnesota; the county attorneys are working on charges for crimes committed by ICE and Border Patrol agents.
But they are prioritizing the murders, attempted murders, assaults, and false imprisonments over the thefts:
This is a smidge of a segue but related... Are there funds or any organization around purchasing things like gas masks, real ones not homemade ones, portable video cameras, etc for folks in Occupied Zones?
The goodsquad is taking phones because people are recording them and they don't understand how cell phone networks work. So... Seriously, let's get folks ruggedized GoPros. I'm not rolling in cash or anything but point me at the thing.

As another wag noticed, since this teen's phone was taken by ICE goons, who are armed to the teeth, this sounds like armed robbery, a state crime that carries a heavy penalty.
Had the ICE goons returned it, a simple task, maybe not. But throwing it away or selling it to a pawn shop is theft.
