@dangillmor Hmm, incredibly sad state of ICE's evidence retention system? I would bet that this was done on purpose. ICE seems to flout most of the laws, that the rest of us live by. If it wasn't pushed by Fat Donnie and his posse of villains, then this would never have happened. One more reason to IMPEACH the puppy killer Noem for ignoring many of our laws. Remember that murder, as in the case of two MN residents, has no Stature of Limitations and can be tried at any time afterward.
