OMG, what an amazing service. I know so many low income people who would benefit from something like this so very much, along with their pets.
I wish someone would do something like this near me.

@Blort here's a prior press release describing the county/city/philanthropy partners. There is an email for the PIO. Perhaps an email to the PIO could get them to share more details?

@Blort absolutely. Seems it would not be hard to pull together the costs so a couple of compassionate vets, small business owners, or community groups could cover. Another way to build community & care
