i'm hitting the emacs pinky problem real bad now. i've converted the caps lock to ctrl but i still have to unlearn over two and a half decades of typing impulses for it to be worthwhile

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using #kmonad to configure Space to act as Ctrl when held. I’ve been using it for almost 5 years now, it’s great both in Emacs and outside it.
