@dansup There is no need to apologizes. You did an amazing job creating this from scratch and the larger things get, the more difficult it gets to think about everything.
Reading now what I wrote sounds a like complaining but it really wasn't meant that way but exposing what I found to potentially help others running into similar issues.
This caused the content size to be sent being around 0,08M which was below the 250K threshold causing the misleading error message.
It seems like this is caused by ffmpeg.wasm which has limited support for HEVC.
This is not an issue for the mobile app....which I cannot test atm due to known issues causing crash when trying to upload something.
@ben Sorry for those issues, what browser are you using and I assume the app upload issues are from Android?

I think we should perhaps provide an option in the webUI Studio to bypass client side optimization if the file is under X mb, that will solve many issues, wdyt?
