A #SilentSunday for us, but not for this person who was recording the ocean with a boom mic. (Ocean Beach, SF, 2009)

A sunset drawing an orange line across the horizon over a fairly calm sea. A backlit person is standing in front of an oncoming wave while holding what appears to be an oblong microphone on a stick. The smooth wet sand in the foreground mirrors the entire scene.

A #MirrorMonday follow-up from my #SilentSunday photo, taken during the same #sunset at #OceanBeach in #SanFrancisco.

Three people reflected in the glossy surface of a water-soaked beach at sunset. Two of the people standing and the one in the middle striding with legs apart. The photo is upside down so the reflected world is facing upwards. It is pretty clear since the water is fairly still between waves, though not as convincing as other inverted photos I've taken.
