Well I've been let go from position in Belgium and man am I not excited to go back to America. If anyone has any job openings in Belgium, Netherlands or England that sponsors, I'd appreciate it.

Possibly - but if so I'd suggest looking at the Nordic countries too 😊 We're all fluent in English in our socities and many workplaces are completely in English. Esp. anything within IT.
@troed @tstruthers true, multiple countries are decent at English but I'd wait for a full response first as to why those countries are excluded. Might be a very good reason for doing so

For context, we speak A2 dutch, so this Netherlands and Belgium, we live near Antwerp. Our kids are getting settled so we would love to stay here but will move for the right role. England and Ireland we spent the all of last summer there and enjoy those countries, and of course native English.
I have 29 years of IT experience, the last ten years have been in senior Cyber roles, as engineer, architect and manager roles. I have specialities in NIS2, NIST, incident management and Microsoft security frameworks.

I'm amazed and in awe at someone not born there actually having learnt Dutch! 😁 I fully understand not wanting to have that effort go to waste.
