@rl_dane Binding #arbitration is one of those things where I kinda just expect widespread abuse to happen, and people suffer for years, then the law fixes it *****eventually*****. Seems to be a pattern in history.
(I know this isn't the solution we would want. I try to avoid those TOSes BTW.)
I'm finding it darn near impossible to avoid, but I still try. 馃槗
