2/ Dilley is termed a “family detention center”, of all preposterous naming possibilities, and houses over 400 children and a large representation of Seniors.

It was commissioned by EL Sheriff Donnie Dump.

Watch the ignorant charlatan JFKJR loudly decry and then forbid measles #vaccinations going forward.

This is the very #ICE center that the sweet little boy #Liam was held at recently with his father, prior to their rescue and release in Texas this past weekend.

There is a measles outbreak at the ICE family detention center in Dilley, Texas, where more than 400 children are currently being held. A measles outbreak has been reported at the Dilley Immigration Processing Center in Texas, which is currently detaining approximately 1,200 people, including more than 400 children. The Department of Homeland Security confirmed the measles outbreak, saying that ICE is halting "all movement" at the detention center. Representative Joaquin Castro, who spent time inside Dilley last week visiting parents and children, said that a 2-month-old infant is currently being held at the facility. Dilley, which is run under federal contract by private prison corporation CoreCivc, was reopened by the Trump administration in March 2025 after the Biden administration terminated its federal contract in 2024. Conditions at the facility have been a concern since it opened during the Obama administration in 2014. A lawsuit filed in September last year detailed the conditions children are subjected to, including "persistently cloudy water, delayed medical attention and long periods of time children are being detained."
