I’ve spent my career helping others escape their hells as an LPC, but today I am in my own. I am homeless, COVID-positive, and asthmatic. The transitional housing system in Pittsburgh failed me because I refused to abandon my dog, Riko.
I am $2,900 away from a stable apartment and the ability to start my work as a contract therapist again. I am currently at the doctor’s office and struggling to breathe. Please, if you can’t donate, share. I just need a roof to survive this.
