There's an intersection I drive through regularly where the traffic signal has been messed up for several days, making the cars in one direction wait much longer than they're supposed to and when it finally turns green it's much too short and the left green arrow that's supposed to come on never does.

I went to report it on the 311 web app for the city it's located in, hosted by CivicPlus, and I was pleased to see that someone else already reported it and the app was smart enough to show me the other report and ask, "Is this what you were trying to report?" after I selected the location and let me "follow" the already submitted report rather than making me enter a new one. (2/3)
So here's my #3GoodThings @3goodthings:
1) Yay, I'm not the only person in the world who takes the time to report stuff like this.
2) The city's web app exceeded minimum required functionality by asking me whether the already-submitted report was what I had come there to submit.
3) The web app also exceeded minimum required functionality by allowing me to follow the already submitted report. (3/3)
