@Nonilex States should legislate this and prepare to intervene against federal officers who fail to meet this low bar. There should be no such things as under-cover officers any more. The ills of not having officers be high-vis identifiable and clear that they're operating under color of law. There should be NO secret police.

Democrats need to plant their feet and declare "absolutely no more".
There is nothing to be won by appeasement, they will renege on every deal and betray every good turn you do for them. Give the GOP nothing as a permanent policy.
@Nonilex Unmasking agents is table stakes at this point. Opening the government again while allowing anonymous masked secret police with battlefield gear to be deployed against american citzens is political malpractice.
