@haubles@hachyderm.io I feel like I've never had a GOOD croissants as much as people tell me how GOOD they're supposed to be. It's bread. Classic American, uncultured, 1 KNOW! Closest I get to fine dining it watching Gordon Ramsey yell at someone on a cooking competition.
@firesidefedi A good croissant is supposed to be crispy/flakey on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth buttery on the inside. I'm still searching for the best croissant here in the RT. I'll report back when I find it!
Meanwhile, I have plenty of carbs to keep me busy, given my mission to eat every single Bojangles biscuit they have ever made, ever, along with most of the world's honey butter supply
