Total speculation by me but the number of odd flights out of Panama of what look like rendition birds some of which are US military some reek of a modern "air America" is quite a bit.

So I suspect the trump admin has moved the drug boat strikes to the CIA and away from the navy which is increasing concerned by the legality of what it is doing especially after striking unarmed survivors in the water (Track from January 13 2026)
