@stux On this morning鈥檚 FT News Briefing podcast they had a data journalist who is part of the FT team analysiing the Epstein Files and he described how complex it is.
Not just because sheer amount of documents but also the fact that the source documents keep changing. Apparently the DOJ keeps discovering that they forgot to redact the name of a victim in a file, which then needs to be updated.
Understandably the FT doesn鈥檛 want to publish names of victims.

@LeonardoDiOttio I bet indeed..
but also the terrible redactions that dont make any sense
It's such a terrible mess
Check this.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_wiki_software
XWiki and WikiJS seems to be often used ones.
@stux Is that not the same as this? https://epsteinweb.org
@LeonardoDiOttio Oh, did not know about that!
Maybe a wiki it is
If anyone is interested, do DM me!
Already got started
Got a good domain, now looking into Wiki software perhaps 馃
A way so people can contribute but with good moderation..
@stux e few weeks ago i posted here something i found in the online files. i have auto delete here so its gone now, but i found interesting enough for your wiki
There's nothing on it yet but..
An idea for example is creating a list with names and how often they appear in the files
I'm not saying they are guilty but if people are mentioned over and over..
I don't believe no one knew anything, and if they are not guilty they should have nothing to hide
If not... well, screw them
@stux Just be careful, i did see a toot earlier suggesting there are some opensource licenses present in the files, so make sure you filter out stuff like that, as it would be unfair to accidentally accuse someone of being involved in that when it turns out their opensource project was downloaded/used without them likely even being aware.
@stux add "god" as name to the list
@stux hoe log ik in?
@stux en alle andere gebruikers
@Shadedlady Not 馃槈 still working on it
@stux you could set up a wiki but the admin would be untenable
@stux if you can get revenue. I'd say yes...
@stux Context matters. A lot.
If just being in the files made you guilty, Bilbo Baggins would be running his own pedo-ring at Bag-end.
@stux @McHollander An actual example of this is Tom Brady. He's only mentioned because Steve Bannon was upset that Epstein wanted to have dinner instead of watch a Patriots game (Tom Brady being their QB at the time) with him
@trebach @McHollander Yes and those should be not listed since it doesnt make sense
But there are soo many that do talk in a certain way, hinting they know a LOT more even using certain words
I'm not sure how they can excuse that with this context
@McHollander No, no, I mean really implicated people
It's a thin line indeed and it requires a LOT of work
@stux Given that the people implicated are the rich and powerful, that's not just a lot of work: it's highly risky work. It is in fact a lawsuit waiting to happen.
@McHollander Hm, seems like a fun challenge馃榿
I love stepping on toes but not sure i can survive it lol
@stux We need a way to deflect individual responsibility for this type of site (and wikileaks and so on) the way corporations dodge responsibility for poisoning the planet.
@McHollander Hmm..
True but..
I dont wanna lower myself to their pathetic level 馃
I totally understand it's needed but ugh..
depends how much you want to invest in storage space 馃槈
