What are we using for encrypted video conferencing & webinars these days?

Anything EU based worth looking at?

I have Zoom, but would like to move away from it since it's getting rather unstable (like the rest of the US).

For video conferencing, I use Jitsi. I self-host it, but that is not for everyone. I think that 8x8 offers a managed service, and I suspect that others will offer hosted Jitsi too.

For webinars, I don't have a personal recommendation, I'm afraid.
