When we're told that what's happening in Palestine is a 'complex tragedy' or an 'unfortunate conflict,' Epstein comes to mind. The same mind that let child abusers walk free is the one that downplays genocide-rebranding it, drowning it in cold, bureaucratic language, turning horrors into mere footnotes in the news.
