A yard sign spotted 8 Feb 2026 in the yard of the parents of our friend Laurel (laurelthomsen.com). The sign is blue, with white lettering, “VOTE like the Earth depends on it.” The sign also includes an image of the planet, in blue and green, and an image of a hand holding a white paper with a blue and green checkmark—representing a voter’s ballot, someone who is voting to benefit the earth. Green plants are growing around the sign, including oxalis, holly (with a red berry), and other living plants.
