@Da_Gut Agreed. But even with these modern day mail-order brides, don’t potential couples exchange photos and message for a while before they talk and agree to meet? With technology, people probably don’t go into these arrangements as blindly as they may have done over a century ago.
@DeniseG they do. And undoubtedly more than they did then. But historically the eligible marriage pool has always been a lot smaller than it is today.
