Conferences in your home town are actually the worst: you are as tired as when you are travelling but on top of that your whole house is a pigsty because nobody cleans up after you as opposed to a hotel.

@vicgrinberg Double the tiredness if you have a family: you get home and have to keep switched on.
@mattkenworthy oh gosh, yes... (I don't have kids and I have pretty much told partner that this is a good week to spend in Germany.)
