Here's an interesting (I hope!) video about the history of Maple Syrup in North America and showing modern production at a Nova Scotia farm.
The photos are mostly taken by @StevenKennard , but the older ones are from public archives or from a calendar featuring my uncle's sugar bush in Quebec in the 70's. I narrate it.
Watch for the great older musician near the end of the video! He was hilarious!
