There is an alternate timeline where women rule, there are no rapes because men are taught to respect women from birth, and no abortions because boys get sterilized at 12 after removal of sperm, frozen for future use. Maybe. You must qualify for parenthood.

The language used describes the speaker more than the person to whom it is directed. In this case, by calling her "little lady," Graham only reveals that he is an "old man."

South Carolina's version of a Southern Senator, Lil' Lindsey Graham, perhaps drunk, as he often is, called the prime minister of Denmark a "little lady," in a "foul-mouthed meltdown" he performed in front of other, rather, real, diplomats.
Graham normally persuades the press not to mention his common or garden variety sexism, abuse, and alcoholic intake. Whatever dirt Trump has on Lil' Lindsey really ought to leak out in a torrent.
