I'm also a fan of the John Carpenter inspired one with the bacteria in the ice
Tooms is classic. He’s wonderfully creepy but also absurdly funny.
And yes to Ice (episode 8 season 1)! That’s an awesome episode, very tight and atmospheric. I’ve been trying to convince various family members to watch The Thing with me by telling them it’s like that episode but even better.
