Though we've never discussed Einstürzende Neubauten, I imagine he does know of its existence.

(indeed I'm aware of Einstürzende Neubauten 😊 In fact, one of the first concerts I ever went to was by them. That was in 1989 in Berlin, when ‘Haus der Lüge’ had just been released…)
I'm on my fourth listen and it is better every time.
Concerning Einstürzende Neubauten, I saw them in Praha in 2004 (or 5?) on the Perpetuum Mobil tour. Great stuff.
