I have a friend in the south of France who buys his espressos at a small coffee shack... he describes them as "Syrupy" 😅
@andycarolan haha I can imagine. My Mam had a French colleague about 40 years ago who made her an espresso long before they were popular here, she said you could stand a spoon up in it. I wouldn’t be closing my eyes for days.

Black Sheep does a Robusta roast "With double the caffeine". I can definitely tell the difference. For comparison, I buy their bags of "Love Berries" to brew at home lol
Do you have a Black Sheep Coffee near you? Definitely worth picking up a bag for brewing IMO. I've found it among the best I've tried in a while.
