Hyper 8 Video System (https://simonrepp.com/hyper8/) is a static site generator for video, and can be used both through a graphical desktop application as well as from the terminal. (that's already the reality right now (version 1.x) :))

Faircamp (https://simonrepp.com/faircamp/) is a static site generator for audio and I'm currently working fulltime on the graphical desktop application (officially coming in 2.x in ~September, release candidates as early as in a few weeks or so, let's see :)), right now it can already be used through the terminal (and that will also still be possible in parallel with the desktop-based approach then).
