The effect of ICE's lawless Minneapolis operations was not last on the lawyer's who testified.
Schwank specifically describes questioning an ICE cop in a different part of the country about their bad behavior during kidnapping operation. The agent plainly states to the lawyer that he saw other ICE agents hurting ppl in Minnesota and felt he should do it too.
Several video angles from the ICE incident at Minneapolis' Roosevelt High have emerged.
In this video agents can be seen firing teargas at high school students and educators.

Not quite sure how/why this video was released but footage of Renee Good's last moments as filmed by murderous ICE/CBP goon Jon Ross have come out.
This video shows Ross walking around the car while agents shout conflicting orders.
Again, I think its super important to note that this goon was filming on a phone(wtf?), why not a bodycam?
Bodycams are better for this task bc it allows cops to have situational awareness and not be thinking about their IG live.
@nullagent a prevailing theory is it was leaked by them to make Good look guilty of being a visibly queer woman. That was her offense more than any action. And he was using his phone because the whole project is content displaying domination. No different than Noem posing in front of the cages at CECOT. They are making the content they wish they had seen instead during 2020.

I can already see the cops planning to say he felt fear and couldn't tell if he was going to get hit or not because he was too distracted with the phone.

In reporting from last month the WA Post via public records requests verified that ICE & CBP are waging an intentional media war.
DHS cops frequently work hand in hand with media production teams. Sometimes even with requests for the production of social media content coming down the chain of command to field agents.
So in short, its no mistake that CBP cop Jon Ross seemed to manufacturing a murder for Twitter and IG views.

In videos posted today from protests around Minneapolis' federal building activists and reporters noticed a media team riding along in CBP/ICE vehicles.
If you look closely in the first few seconds of this video you'll see the reporter and camera man exit the back row of an ICE vehicle.
After reviewing other angles and stills I believe this was Matt Finn, a Fox News reporter.
So we know the propaganda machine is in full swing in MPLS.
